These are all good changes, but remember all of the things that are not likely to change just because you lose weight.
You will have the same skin tone, the same natural eye color, and the same size of feet. You will still have to deal with the daily difficulties of family life and relationships. You will probably have the same job, and most of the same complaints about your life.
It's important to get rid of your fantasies when thinking about weight loss so that you can approach the process with a healthier mindset. Otherwise, you will likely be disappointed and just as depressed as you were before.
